“Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet”

I’m re-reading L.M. Montgomery’s Anne books… they’re marvelous. Beautiful, charming, wholesome, funny, romantic… I wish 12 year old girls would be obsessed with Anne Shirley rather than Bella Swan and the Twilight books.

I think if I could be any fictional character, I would be Anne Shirley.

“it is sometimes a little lonely to be surrounded everywhere by a happiness that is not your own.“- from ‘Anne of the Island’ (my favorite Anne book.) And I wholeheartedly agree with Anne….
